Sorcerers and bards get reward spells centered on their Charisma scores. The minimum Charisma score needed to cast a sorcerer or bard spell is ten + the spell’s stage. When a capability rating alterations, all characteristics connected with that rating adjust accordingly. A character does not retroactively get added talent points for past stages
